Shipping Fees:
- Free standard shipping on orders over $75 USD.
- Flat rate of $8.99 USD for orders below $75 USD.
Processing & Delivery Times
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days

Standard Delivery Estimates:
- Estimated shipping time is 7-9 business days and may be delayed due to carrier backlogs, weather conditions (such as winter storms), or peak seasons (such as Black Friday).
Shipping Partners
We partner with USPS (Priority Mail) and FedEx Ground for standard deliveries. Expedited orders are shipped via FedEx 2Day or USPS Priority Express, depending on your location.
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a Shipment Confirmation email within 24 hours, including a tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s tracking page (e.g., USPS Tracking or FedEx Tracking).
- Tracking updates may take 1–2 business days to appear as the carrier scans and processes the package.
- For expedited orders, we provide real-time tracking and delivery notifications via email/SMS (opt-in at checkout).
Important Notes
- Address Accuracy: Double-check your shipping address (including apartment numbers, suite codes, and ZIP codes) before checkout. We are not responsible for delays, returns, or redelivery fees caused by incorrect addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, you’ll be charged $8.99 for re-shipping.
- Signature Requirements: Orders over $200 require a signature upon delivery to prevent theft. You can waive this by adding a note at checkout, but we are not liable for lost packages in such cases.
- Weather Disruptions: During severe weather (e.g., hurricanes, blizzards), carriers may suspend deliveries. We’ll notify you via email within 24 hours of a delay and adjust tracking estimates accordingly.
- Product-Specific Handling: Faux leather and suede items are wrapped in acid-free tissue paper to prevent color transfer. Knit sweaters are packed in breathable bags to avoid pilling during transit.
